- Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date your package is delivered to request a return.
The 30-day window starts on the delivery date shown in your tracking information
Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted
Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed
- Conditions for a Return
For a return to be accepted, all three of the following conditions must be met:
Condition Requirement
Unused condition The item must not have been washed, worn, altered, or used in any way. No stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear.
Original packaging All original tags, boxes, poly bags, and accessories must be included and undamaged.
Quality issue The return must be due to a verifiable quality problem, such as a manufacturing defect (broken seam, missing button, faulty zipper) or damage that occurred during shipping (crushed box, torn item).
- Situations We Do NOT Accept
We do not accept returns for the following reasons:
Change of mind (deciding you no longer want the item)
Ordering the wrong size or color by mistake (unless we sent the wrong item)
Buyer’s remorse
The item does not fit as expected (unless the product page had incorrect measurements)
The item arrived later than expected (delivery estimates are not guarantees)
Damage caused by the customer after delivery (pet damage, improper washing, accidental tears)
- How to Request a Return
Follow these steps to request a return:
Step 1: Email info@ethnc.sbs within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Step 2: In your email, include:
Your order number (found in your order confirmation email)
Clear photos or a short video showing the quality issue
Step 3: Wait for our response. We will review your request within one business day.
Step 4: If approved, you will receive:
A prepaid return shipping label (PDF attachment)
A return authorization number (RA#)
Instructions for packing and sending the return
Do not send your return back before receiving approval. Unapproved returns will not be processed and will not be refunded.
- Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping is free for all approved returns.
We provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you
No restocking fee will be charged
No deduction will be made from your refund for return shipping
If you choose to use your own shipping method instead of our prepaid label, you will be responsible for the cost, and we will not reimburse you.

Please write your return authorization number (RA#) clearly on the outside of the package. This helps us identify your return quickly.
- Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your return, the refund process works as follows:

Package arrives at our return address Day 0
We inspect the returned item Within 1–2 business days
We approve the refund and issue it to your original payment method Within 1–2 business days of inspection
Your bank or card issuer processes the refund and posts it to your account An additional 7–10 business days
Total estimated time from delivery of return to refund in your account: 9–14 business days.
We cannot speed up the bank processing time. If you do not see the refund after 15 business days from the date we approved it, contact your bank first, then email us.
- Refund Amount
Because we offer free shipping on all orders:
The full product price will be refunded
No shipping costs will be deducted
No restocking fee will be deducted
If you used a discount code or promo code, the refund will reflect the actual amount you paid after the discount.
- Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different item or a different size, please:
Return the original item following the return process above
Place a new order for the desired item
