  1. Payment Security

All payments are processed through PCI-compliant (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard compliant) payment gateways.

What this means for you:

Your card information is encrypted during transmission

We do not store full credit or debit card numbers on our servers

We only store the last 4 digits of your card and the card type (for order reference)

Your payment information is never visible to our customer support team

PayPal transactions are covered by PayPal’s Seller Protection policy.

  1. Currency

All transactions on ethnc.sbs are processed in United States Dollars (USD) .

If you are using a card issued in another country, your bank will convert the charge to your local currency at their exchange rate. We have no control over exchange rates or foreign transaction fees that your bank may charge.

  1. Address Verification

We perform standard Address Verification System (AVS) checks for all credit card transactions.

What AVS checks: The numeric portions of your billing street address and your billing zip/postal code.

What happens if AVS fails:

Partial mismatch: Your transaction may still be approved, but we may contact you for additional verification

Complete mismatch: Your transaction will be declined

To avoid payment issues, ensure that the billing address you enter matches exactly what your card issuer has on file.

  1. Payment Authorization and Capture

When you place an order:

Authorization – We request an authorization hold on your card for the full order amount. This hold reduces your available credit but is not an actual charge.

Capture – Once your order is processed and ready to ship, we capture the authorized amount. This is when the actual charge appears on your statement.

Timing – Authorization holds typically expire after 7–10 days if not captured. We capture within 1–2 business days of your order.

  1. Failed Payments

If your payment is declined for any reason:

You will see an error message at checkout

Your order will not be placed

No charge will be made to your card (the authorization hold will expire)

Common reasons for declined payments:

Insufficient funds

Incorrect billing address (AVS mismatch)

Card expired

Bank fraud prevention block (some banks flag online purchases)

Contact your bank first to resolve the issue. Then try placing the order again.

  1. No Hidden Fees

We do not add any of the following to your order:

Service fees

Handling fees

Fuel surcharges

Payment processing fees

Any other hidden or surprise fees

The price you see at checkout — including the product price — is the final total price you pay.
